| Twist
Pile
These
carpets are mostly plain or with a heathered effect, which
means that they are very good for domestic use. These carpets
are very hard wearing and versatile for most areas of the
house.

| Velvet
Pile
These
carpets are a cut pile carpet, mainly available in plain colours,
and produce a very luxurious look and feel. Velvet pile carpets
can show some soiling but professional cleaning will bring
it back to new. |

| Patterned
There
are three main varieties of patterned carpets.The Axminster,
which is a woven carpet, extremely hard wearing, and can hide
a multitude of sins. The second type is a non-woven wool carpet,
a less expensive alternative to the Axminster. The third is
a nylon version of the above which is again a more affordable
option than non-woven. |

| Natural
These
have become very fashionable in recent years and can be referred
to as a ‘natural’ carpet. They achieve a very
good look and can be made from a variety of materials including
sisal, coir, jute, paper, wool and man made fibres. |

| Bespoke
Bespoke
carpets can be made in various of styles – twist pile,
velvet pile or shag pile.They can be made to any plain colour
of your choice and can also be made up to any width (max 45’
wide) and any shape even ‘L’ shape to minimise
the use of joins. |

| Vinyl
There
are many different types of vinyl and some have a cushioned
backing to produce a softer feel. They are suitable for all
areas including bathrooms and kitchens although soft thick
backings can be dented by high heels and stool legs in heavy
use kitchens. |
